Return Policy

1. Order Dispatch

  • Your orders are dispatched promptly every day at 12 pm, with the exception of public holidays.
  • Once dispatched, you can expect the following delivery times:
  • Metro cities: Your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
  • For the rest of India: Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery.
  • We ship your order from our hub in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items, which are on sale and tagged as non-returnable items in the products description, are not eligible for return.

3. Time Frame

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return you can call us and mail us on our registered mail id. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or a receipt, to process your return.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns which are on sale and tagged as non-returnable items in the products description.
